By placing an order with CraftyGhar, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.

Orders & Payment

Orders can be placed via WhatsApp, our website forms, or Instagram DM.
Full payment is required before dispatch for prepaid orders. COD orders require a small advance confirmation via WhatsApp.
Prices are listed in INR and include GST. Shipping is free on orders above ₹999.
Bank transfer / UPI: your order is confirmed once we receive and verify payment.

Personalization

All personalized items (names, messages, photos) require your written approval via WhatsApp before production begins.
Please double-check spelling, dates and details — CraftyGhar is not responsible for errors in customer-provided text.
Personalized items are made to order and may take 3–7 business days depending on complexity.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement. After production has begun, cancellations are not possible as materials and labour have already been committed.

Delivery

We ship across India via trusted courier partners. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
CraftyGhar is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, but we will always help track and resolve issues.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, illustrations and website content are the property of CraftyGhar. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is not permitted.

Limitation of Liability

CraftyGhar's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect damages, courier mishandling beyond our control, or misuse of products.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
