Shipping Policy

We dispatch handmade orders with love from India. Here's everything you need to know about delivery times, costs and tracking.

Processing Time

• Ready-made items: 1–2 business days.
• Personalized / custom items: 3–7 business days (production happens only after you approve the design on WhatsApp).

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
• Orders below ₹999: flat ₹49 shipping across India.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched via our courier partner, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Metro cities usually receive orders faster; remote pin codes may take a couple of days longer.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available on eligible orders and pin codes. A small advance (sealed as confirmation) is collected in advance via WhatsApp for all COD orders — the balance is payable to the courier on delivery.

Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, we send your tracking ID and courier link on WhatsApp. You'll also get delivery updates from the courier directly.

Damaged in Transit?

We pack every item with care, but if your order arrives damaged, send us a photo or video on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or refund — whichever you prefer.

International Shipping

We currently ship within India only. Thinking of sending a CraftyGhar gift abroad? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to arrange it.
